Remake of Green & Blue Ballroom Dress-Holly Smith

Holly Smith is loving her new look! 
Holly wanted a new look for her blue & green ballroom dress
I added the deep blue side panels to give her a more defined waistline & embellished with the cobalt blue Swarovski rhinestones, added the green floral chiffon skirt panels along with a few more small tweaks. Holly was thrilled with the new look & got many compliments!
